LeeLeeYana is a Tejana designer based in ATX. When she’s away from the sewing machine, you can find her singing, dancing, acting, and directing around town in professional and indie productions. She has won the “Hair/Make Up/ Costume Design” award from the 2024 48 Hour Film Festival in Austin, and hopes to continue to bring unique looks to the stage, screen, and everyday life. With a high emphasis on a “low-waste lifestyle”, she prefers to shop secondhand as much as possible. Her designs include mostly salvage, thrifted, vintage, and handmade clothes, shoes, and accessories.
Her current line, “Florals for Spring? Groundbreaking! Decades Reimagined”, takes a fresh approach to her favorite retro looks by imagining a world in which fabulous florals are the norm! May we all feel inspired to continue to BLOOM and live sustainably.
